It has come to the notice of this office that the above-mentioned teacher has failed to comply with the norms and ethical standards as prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Teachers Act, 2025. Preliminary inquiry and reports from the concerned Mandal Educational Officer (MEO) have revealed deviations that warrant immediate attention.
In accordance with the authority vested under Section 12(c), read with Rule 28 of the Andhra Pradesh Teachers Act, 2025, the teacher is hereby issued a Warning Notice for the following reasons:
The teacher is directed to submit a written explanation within 3 working days from the date of receipt of this notice. Failure to comply with this directive shall be construed as acceptance of the charges and further disciplinary action may be initiated as per rules in force, which may include disqualification from current and future counseling proceedings, or any other penalty deemed appropriate.
This order is issued with the approval of the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh.

This transfer is being effected based on merit, preferences exercised, and availability of vacancies, strictly in accordance with the rules and provisions laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Teachers (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2025.
Non-compliance with this order will be viewed seriously and may invite disciplinary action under the relevant service rules.
